DWT series dehydrated vegetable dryer
It can meet the dry, large-scale continuous production of root, stem, leaf strip, block, sheet, large particles and other vegetable materials, while retaining the nutritional components and color of the product to the maximum.
Typical dry materials are: garlic slices, pumpkin, carrot, konjac, yam, bamboo shoots, horseradish, onion, apple, etc.
The drying area, wind pressure, air volume, drying temperature, and mesh belt speed can be adjusted to meet the characteristics and quality requirements of vegetables.
According to the different characteristics of vegetables, different process water processes and necessary auxiliary equipment can be added.
The vegetable dehydration dryer is composed of main components such as a feeder, a drying bed, a heat exchanger, and a dehumidification fan.
When the dryer is working, the cold air is heated by the heat exchanger, and the scientific and reasonable circulation method is adopted to make the hot air flow through the dried material on the bed for uniform heat and mass exchange. The hot air cycle is performed, and the low-temperature and high-humidity air is finally discharged to complete the entire drying process smoothly and efficiently.
