The hot air circulation oven is the first product of our factory in China. After several upgrades, it has reached the advanced level at home and abroad. The two series of CT and CT-C products currently produced, the basic principle is to use steam or electricity as heat energy, and a steam radiator or electric heating element generates heat. Use the fan to perform convective heat exchange, to transfer heat to the material, and to continuously replenish fresh air and exhaust humid air. The proper relative temperature and humidity can be maintained in the box during the drying time. The biggest feature is that most of the hot air is circulated in the box, which enhances heat and mass transfer and saves energy. The two series are widely used for heating and dehumidifying raw materials and products in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry and heavy industry.

1.3 Product specifications, models and their meanings The company's CT hot air circulation dryer is a general term for a series of products, with various specifications according to different productivity. Product models are compiled according to different production capacities, and their meanings are as follows:
1.4 Applicable environment and working conditions
1.4.1 Working environment
a) Ambient temperature: The ambient air temperature for normal operation is 5 ℃ ～ 40 ℃;
b) Humidity: When the ambient temperature is 40 ° C, the relative humidity of the working environment does not exceed 50%, and larger humidity may be allowed at lower temperatures (for example, when the ambient temperature is 20 ° C, the relative humidity of the working environment does not exceed 90%).
c) Atmospheric pressure: 86kpa ～ 106kpa.
1.4.2 Working conditions
a) Power conditions: AC 380V / 50Hz, special power conditions can only be applied after system configuration changes;
b) Electric heating: voltage 220V electric heating tube 1kw / piece; the temperature in the oven can reach 350 ℃
c) Steam: The pressure is 0.2Mpa ～ 0.8Mpa; the temperature in the oven can reach 140 ℃. Depending on the heat source provided by the enterprise, steam, hot water or thermal oil can be used.
1.5 Environmental impact
1.5.1 The operating noise of the whole machine is less than 78dB (A), which meets the requirements of GMP equipment;
1.5.2 Please observe the relevant national and local government regulations for the discharge of cleaning sewage;
1.5.3 Equipment scrapping Equipment will be scrapped after years of use. Please dispose of scrap materials in accordance with local laws. Some parts of the equipment can recover their residual values, such as:
── Carbon steel such as frame, motor housing, reducer housing, gears, shafts and bearings can be used as scrap iron;
── Equipment stainless steel can be used as waste stainless steel;
── Motor coils can be used as copper scrap;
── Other plastic shells are used as waste plastic.
