GZL series dry roll granulator adopts dry extrusion technology to compress powders with a moisture content of <10% into tablets, and then crushes, granulates, and sieves the tablets to change the bulk materials. working principle
◆ Various dry powder materials are added from the top of the equipment. After degassing and spiral pre-pressing, they enter two equal rolls. The rolls rotate relative to each other. The materials are forcibly sent between the two rolls. The rolls bite the material into the nip for compression, and the material passes compression. After the zone, the surface tension and gravity of the material cause it to come out naturally. The strips of finger strips after entering the granulator are crushed by a rotary blade row, and the broken material enters the granulator. The rolling blade row makes the particles and part of the powdery material enter the rotary vibrating screen for screening. The qualified products are sent to the finished product warehouse through the conveyor. The powdery sieve material is sent back to the raw material warehouse for secondary rolling through the conveyor. The size of the pressing force can be adjusted by the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder according to the needs of the granulation operation.

Process flow
The raw material enters the bucket elevator through the screw conveyor through the feeding port, and the raw material powder is sent into the vibration raw material bin by the bucket elevator, and the material is fed into the variable frequency screw feeder through the quantitative feeder to pre-compress the material. The pre-compressed material is pressed into the middle of two relatively rotating two pairs of pressure rollers for compaction. Its compaction force is transmitted to the material by the pressure rollers through the thrust of the oil cylinder. Machine, crush it into granules of uneven size, and then enter the granulator for trimming. The trimmed granules are extruded through a sieve plate with a mesh opening into a screening machine, and the finished granules are passed through a sifter into a bucket elevator and sent to the finished product bin.
